Cancellation Policy

If your plans change

Life happens. If you need to cancel or move your reservation, let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there’s no charge.

Within 24 hours, we charge 50 percent of the reservation, since that time was held for you.

If you don’t make it and haven’t let us know, we charge the full amount.

Running late

Call the club. We’ll hold your spot for 20 minutes, though your reservation time still runs, so a late arrival means a shorter visit. If we haven’t heard from you after 20 minutes, we’ll release the reservation and charge the full amount.
