Remedy Status is how the club says thank you. Every visit, every guest you bring and everything you buy earns Remedy Points. Points carry you through four statuses, and each one gives you more of Remedy Place. There is nothing to sign up for. If you have an account, you are already Silver.

The four statuses

Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond.

Status is earned over the calendar year and held for the whole of the next one. Perks are experiences, never discounts on the remedies themselves.

Remedy Points

Everything you do here counts.

Points are simple: what you invest in yourself at the club comes back to you. A remedy earns ten points a dollar, a group experience earns a little extra, and bringing someone new earns the most of all.

Points above your status carry into the next year. Membership dues earn at the same rate as remedies. Day passes earn for the pass and for every remedy on it.

Your Remedy Passport

Every remedy, checked off.

Your status page keeps a passport of the whole menu: what you have done, how many times, and what is still left to try. Completing a family, all the cold, all the heat, all the clinical, earns its own stamp.

Members are enrolled automatically at launch. Everyone else can join the list, and your first visit after launch earns your first points.

Questions
Do I need a membership to earn points?
No. Anyone with a Remedy Place account earns points on every visit, day pass and purchase. Membership simply earns faster, because dues count.
When does status change?
Status is calculated on the calendar year. Reach a status at any point in the year and you hold it through the end of the following year.
Do points expire?
Points used to reach a status reset each January. Points above your status carry over.
Where do I see my status?
On the booking page once you are signed in, and in the Remedy Place app. Your status, points, passport and milestones are all in one place.
Can I earn points at every club?
Yes. Points are yours, not the club’s. Visits to West Hollywood, Flatiron, SoHo and Boston all count toward the same status.
