Humid Sauna
The humid sauna, a gentler, deeper heat you can stay in longer.
A softer heat.
Where a traditional Finnish sauna runs very hot and dry, our humid bathing suite offers a gentler alternative at around 140 degrees with controlled humidity, so you can stay longer and share it with a larger party. Two rounds of fifteen to twenty minutes, with a cool shower between, delivers the full benefit.

How it works
Warm
Ease into the humid heat and let your body open up.
Cool
Step out for a shower to cool down between rounds.
Repeat
Two to three rounds is the sweet spot, or pair it with an ice bath for contrast.
What it does

Why humid heat
Humid air carries heat to the skin efficiently while staying breathable, so the body can regulate comfortably for longer. The moist warmth is especially kind to the respiratory tract and skin, and the alternating warm and cool rounds gently train the cardiovascular system.
Pair it with
