Absolutely. After your 3-month commitment, you can shift between tiers at any time. Just reach out to your club concierge and we’ll make it smooth.
Rollover credits are retained month to month as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel or pause, any unused credits will expire.
NYC memberships give you access to both Flatiron and Soho. At this time, West Hollywood and Boston memberships are location-specific, but we’re always happy to discuss cross-club access for frequent travelers or dual-city guests.

Yes, you can freeze your membership as needed after your initial commitment, with the applicable hold fee per freeze. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date.
